Who: More than 1,750 special education student-athletes from Clark County – about 950 elementary school students and 800 secondary (middle and high) school students
What: Two-day track & field competition featuring unified partner events, pairing students with and without disabilities
When: May 1 (elementary schools) and May 2 (middle and high schools)
Where: Cheyenne High School –North Las Vegas
Why: In its 12th year, Nevada School Games personifies inclusion and appreciation for diversity as special education students and their general education peers compete side-by-side in a variety of track & field events
