Ygnacio Valley High Plays First Unified Game

We have loved working with Ygnacio Valley High School in Contra Costa County — you can even read about a tournament they hosted here! The students recently played a Unified Sports Soccer game for the first time. They loved it and look forward to being involved with Unified Sports more in the future!

Unified Sports sees students with and without disabilities compete on the same sports team. It breaks down barriers in unprecedented ways and we love when schools start Unified teams!

The YVHS team competed at the Contra Costa Schools Partnership Program Soccer Competition on Nov. 7!
